Novacta Biosystems is a dynamic, young company positioned as a leader in the industrial application of microbial pathway engineering and biological catalysis to the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals.

We are looking to expand our biocatalysis team with two scientists:

Senior Biotransformation Scientist
The successful candidate is likely to have a PhD together with industrial experience in the application of biocatalysis to synthetic challenges in the pharmaceuticals or chemicals industry. You will have an all round knowledge of the science applicable to the development of biotransformation processes including strong expertise in molecular biology.

Biotransformation Scientist
The successful candidate is likely to have a BSc or equivalent in a relevant discipline together with an interest in the synthetic application of biological catalysts.
